how long will you lay broken

disregarded.

covered in shadow

to valuable to trash,

rich with idealistic sentiment;

not valuable enough to do  restore.

An icon of the time you no longer observe,

And surely time has passed you by.

Stay in the drawer you wretched memory,

Token of the past.

Your existence ignites falshoods,

skewing my understanding of what is.

Unsettling my emotions.
